Denna gotiska katedral tog n\u00e4stan 150 \u00e5r att bygga och h\u00e4r h\u00e5lls fortfarande dagligen gudstj\u00e4nster. Jag vet inte du men \u00e5tminstone jag kan inte sluta att beundra och f\u00f6rundras n\u00e4r jag st\u00e5r framf\u00f6r den enorma byggnaden. Hur kom det sig d\u00e5 att Florens l\u00e4t bygga en kyrka i den h\u00e4r storleken och varf\u00f6r st\u00e5r dopkapellet och klocktornet separat? Dessa fr\u00e5gor och m\u00e5nga fler f\u00e5r du svar p\u00e5 om du f\u00f6ljer med mig p\u00e5 det h\u00e4r fascinerande bes\u00f6ket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi g\u00e5r in i <strong>Katedralen <\/strong>som till skillnad fr\u00e5n den stiliga fasaden har en relativt enkel inter\u00f6r. Det finns dock en hel del intressanta detaljer att kika p\u00e5 som t.ex. <strong>klockan<\/strong> och den stora <strong>kupolsfresken<\/strong> som m\u00e5lades av <strong>Giorgio Vasari<\/strong> och hans elever under andra h\u00e4lften av 1500-talet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jag tar dig till katedralsmuseet&nbsp;Museo dell&#8217;Opera del Duomo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">H\u00e4r tittar vi bl.a. p\u00e5&nbsp;<strong>Michelangelos<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Piet\u00e0<\/strong>, som konstn\u00e4ren hade t\u00e4nkt att anv\u00e4nda f\u00f6r sin egen grav.&nbsp;Vi ser de tre orginalportarna till Dopkapellet, inklusive de ber\u00f6mda&nbsp;<strong>Paradisportarna&nbsp;<\/strong>som gjordes av&nbsp;<strong>Ghiberti<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>silveraltaret<\/strong>&nbsp;fr\u00e5n dopkapellet,&nbsp;<strong>klocktornets reliefer&nbsp;<\/strong>och vi resonerar om hur&nbsp;<strong>Brunelleschi<\/strong>&nbsp;lyckades med bragden att bygga&nbsp;<strong>kupolen<\/strong>&nbsp;m.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi bes\u00f6ker \u00e4ven&nbsp;<strong>Baptisteriet\/Dopkapellet&nbsp;<\/strong>som \u00e4r till\u00e4gnat&nbsp;<strong>Johannes<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>D\u00f6paren <\/strong>och \u00e4r&nbsp;k\u00e4nt f\u00f6r det&nbsp;<strong>vackra golvet<\/strong>&nbsp;och den guldglimmande&nbsp;<strong>kupolsmosaiken<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beroende p\u00e5 biljett \u00e4r det dessutom m\u00f6jligt att kl\u00e4ttra&nbsp;upp <strong>463 trappsteg<\/strong> till&nbsp;<strong>Kupolens topp<\/strong>&nbsp;eller h\u00e5lla tillgodo med&nbsp;<strong>Giottos Klocktorn<\/strong>&nbsp;som &#8221;bara&#8221; har&nbsp;<strong>414 trappsteg<\/strong>.
